Shipping within Saudi Arabia

Shipping is done via the following shipping companies:

• SMSA Express : Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom, subject to coverage.
• Express delivery service within Riyadh : Delivery within 24 hours of ordering . (If available)

The order is delivered directly to the customer's address or to the nearest branch of the shipping company, depending on the region.

Delivery time via shipping companies is from 3 to 10 working days depending on the region, excluding Fridays, holidays and official holidays .

Shipping cost

• SMSA Express: 25.65 Saudi Riyals
• Express delivery service within Riyadh: 25.65 Saudi Riyals

• The shipping city must be among the cities covered by the shipping service.
• Delays may occur in some cities far from distribution centers.

Shipping terms

1. The buyer bears all costs incurred by entering an incorrect address or telephone number .
2. The cost of returning the item depends on the reason for the return . Please see our Exchange and Return Policy page.
3. The bill of lading number will be sent within 48 hours of order approval , excluding Fridays and public holidays .
